Trademark Notice
Use the following statement wherever Veon Scientific trademarks appear in documentation, manuals, brochures, presentations, websites or software. Where third-party trademarks are also named, add a line for each owner, for example: “Eppendorf and twin.tec are trademarks or registered trademarks of Eppendorf SE.”
Veon Scientific, i.prep and Flow are trademarks or registered trademarks of Veon Scientific Ltd in the United Kingdom and/or other countries. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Using Our Trademarks
Distributors, partners and resellers promoting Veon Scientific products may refer to our trademarks to identify those products accurately. When doing so:
- Include the trademark notice above in any material that names our products, and acknowledge any third-party trademarks the material names.
- Write our marks exactly as shown on this page, including capitalisation and punctuation, and do not abbreviate, translate, hyphenate or combine them with other words or marks.
- Use our marks to describe our products, not as a noun or verb on their own, and not as part of your own company, product, service or domain names.
- Do not alter our logos, and use them only with our written permission and from artwork we supply.
- Do not suggest that Veon Scientific sponsors, endorses or is affiliated with your business beyond the relationship we have agreed in writing.
- Refer only to Veon Scientific and third-party trademarks when describing trademark matters in distribution or sales material. Do not register, claim or enforce rights in our trademarks on our behalf.
Third-Party Trademarks
Veon Scientific products, software and documentation refer to products made by other companies. In particular, the i.prep labware library describes plates, reservoirs, tube racks and pipette tips by their manufacturer, product name and part number so that users can select the correct labware definition.
These names are used only to identify the products concerned and to describe compatibility. Their use does not imply that the owners sponsor, endorse or are affiliated with Veon Scientific or its products, and Veon Scientific does not claim any rights in them. The names and logos of customers and partners shown on this website are likewise the property of their respective owners.
